Make use of a pressure gauge to understand the air pressure. While you check, if you notice the flow to be low, make sure to add in enough air with the pump until you have 7-8 psi. Add a small amount of air at a time because too much air pressure can puncture the air bladder.
Punctured tank bladder

Water pressure changes
Typically, RO water filters need a pressure of at least 40 psi; however, 60 psi water pressure allows it to perform at optimal efficiency. The water could also get affected temporarily if your area’s municipal water supplier carries out any Maintainance work. It affects how your RO water purifier performs temporarily. If you notice it goes on for a long time, get in touch with the local authorities or water utility company in order to find out what is exactly wrong with the water pressure.
